You need to have a Steam account and the Steam itself.
If you have any legit games on that account, make an another one.
Go to

http://myzerogear.com/beta/invite.php

and enter your email.
You will receive a email that contains a key code.
Copy it and open Steam.
In "my games" section press "activate game on steam".
Paste the key code you copied.
It will now download aprox. 200mb game, you will have to wait a bit.

Jest to kontynuacja słynnych gier GTA i GTA 2. Podobnie jak w poprzedniczkach wcielamy się tu w rasowego przedstawiciela społeczności złodziejsko-gangsterskiej. Akcja rozgrywa się w Nowym Jorku, który został podzielony na 3 dzielnice: Brooklyn/Queens, Manhattan oraz New Jersey. Różnią się one zabudową, zamożnością mieszkańców i ilością przedstawicieli władzy. Po całym mieście możemy przemieszczać się wieloma środkami lokomocji, samochodami osobowymi, ciężarówkami lub tradycyjnym systemem tzn. na własnych nogach. Oczywiście tempo naszej marszruty możemy dowolnie zmieniać przechodząc z kroku spacerowego przez lekki trucht, na krótkodystansowym sprincie kończąc. Nasz recydywista posiada całą gamę broni w skład której wchodzą m.in.: pistolet, strzelba i karabin snajperski. Możemy ukraść 40 różnych pojazdów, każdy o indywidualnej charakterystyce prowadzenia. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a sandbox-style action-adventure computer and video game designed by Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design) and published by Rockstar Games. It is the second 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise and sixth original title overall. It debuted in North America on October 27, 2002, for the PlayStation 2 and was later ported to the Xbox and PC in 2003. Vice City was preceded by Grand Theft Auto III and followed by Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Vice City draws much of its inspiration from 1980s American culture. Set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami, the story revolves around Mafia member Tommy Vercetti, who was recently released from prison. After being involved in a drug deal gone wrong, Tommy seeks out those responsible while building a criminal empire and seizing power from other criminal organizations in the city. The game uses a tweaked version of the game engine used in Grand Theft Auto III and similarly presents a huge cityscape, fully populated with buildings, vehicles, and people. Like other games in the series, Vice City has elements from driving games and third-person shooters, and features "open-world" gameplay that gives the player more control over their playing experience.
